A demonstration and instructions for the Tramec Sloan Quick Fix Hose End Repair Kit. These all brass pieces are available in 1/2” and 3/8” NPTF swivel ends.

Tramec Sloan Quick Fix Hose End Repair Kit Instructions
- Disassemble the Quick Fix Kit.
- Place trimmed hose end flush against the groove inside one shell half (see arrows) then insert fitting into lock groove.
- Place the other shell half over the hose and fitting. Holding shells in place, slide ring over, pushing and turning until it’s in place.
- Insert barb into fitting, pushing and turning to start the threads. Using a 5/16″ hexagon key, continue to push and turn barb.
- Once the barb is flush inside the fitting, your hose end is complete and ready for installation.
- Check final assembly visually to ensure that hose has not shifted position during assembly.
