HDAW’24 Invites Distributors to Register for Exclusive One-on-One Business Meetings with Suppliers
In response to strong demand, HDAW’24 returns with pre-scheduled opportunities from Tuesday through Thursday and unscheduled meetings on Thursday
MOKENA, IL – (Trailer Technician) — Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW), the cornerstone annual event for heavy-duty aftermarket professionals, is proud to announce the return of its highly acclaimed One-on-One Business Meetings program for HDAW’24. Building upon the remarkable success of 2023, this year’s event will continue to offer a unique setting for distributors and suppliers to forge essential connections, solidify deals, and maintain their leadership in this ever-evolving industry. In response to last year’s high demand, HDAW’24 will again include ample time for pre-scheduled sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as well as unscheduled meetings on Thursday afternoon. Suppliers are urged to register and secure their space by Friday, November 21, 2023, while distributors have until Friday, November 28, 2023.
“Participating in the One-on-One Business Meetings at HDAW’24 is a tremendous opportunity for suppliers to connect directly with distributors. These meetings help propel valuable dialogue on the latest product innovations and collaborative strategies, driving our industry forward,” said Nicole Oreskovic, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems and HDAW’24 supplier co-chair.
“The One-on-One Business Meetings empower distributors to uncover invaluable industry insights, tailor solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs, and cultivate partnerships that drive substantial growth in our individual businesses,” emphasized Michael Callison Jr., President and CEO at Midwest Wheel Companies and HDAW’24 distributor co-chair.
The One-on-One Business Meetings will take place on Tuesday, January 23 from 9:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. CT, Wednesday, January 24 from 2:00 p.m. – 5:55 p.m. CT, and Thursday, January 25 from 7:00 a.m. – 12:55 p.m. CT. Additionally, there will be optional self-scheduled meetings available on Thursday, January 25 from 1:45 p.m. – 4:20 p.m. CT. Each time slot is set at 35 minutes to ensure efficient and productive discussions. Participation in these exclusive meetings is limited to distributor companies and exhibiting suppliers who are members of sponsoring or affiliated organizations and are officially registered for HDAW ’24. There is no cost for distributors to participate in these One-on-One Business Meetings.
To match distributors and suppliers for the meetings, HDAW’s online one-on-one scheduling MeetMax software provides a user-friendly interface where distributors select and rank their preferred suppliers according to their interest level. Schedules will be based on mutual selections, resulting in quality, and preferred appointments for distributors and suppliers alike. HDAW’s One-on-One Business Meeting schedules will be provided in advance of the event, giving delegates the opportunity to prepare and manually request meetings to fill remaining time slots.
Last year, supplier meeting rooms did sell out. Suppliers looking to secure their space are encouraged to register and book now.
HDAW‘24 will welcome more than 2,600 executives and managers from across the industry, including distributors, suppliers, service providers, industry experts and thought leaders, and more. Over four days, heavy-duty aftermarket professionals will experience peer-to-peer learning, invaluable networking opportunities, personalized business meetings and a Product Expo that provides an exclusive view of the latest products moving the industry forward.
