Timpte Announces New Facility in West Texas
(Trailer Technician) – Timpte, Inc. (Timpte), manufacturer of the #1 selling dry bulk commodity trailer in North America, announces its newest Customer Support Center (CSC) in Odessa, Texas. The West Texas facility is scheduled to open June 5, 2023 and will become Timpte’s tenth factory-direct Customer Support Center in the United States. This location will focus mainly on servicing trailers optimized for hauling frac sand in the Permian basin.
“The global Frac Sand market has increased significantly following the global pandemic and projected to continue being promising over the next 5 years” stated Dale D. Jones, President and CEO of Timpte. “The United States is the largest producer and consumer of frac sand with mines opening across the country to meet the current demand, but the largest producing area is the Permian Basin in West Texas”.
The new 19,000 sq. ft. facility is conveniently located at 17724 W I20 Odessa, TX along Interstate 20 and will feature sales offices, parts warehouse, and 5-bay service shop sitting on 5 acres of land.
“We are very excited to open this new facility and better serve our current Roughneck trailer customers, and better support their frac sand operations,” added Jim Rabenberg, Senior Sales Manager for the Energy Sector. “We recognize that our customers in the oil and gas industry need to have access to repair parts and prompt service for their trailers. This new facility will greatly enhance our ability to support all Timpte products in the Permian Basin”.
