Annual Inspection

An Annual Inspection is a comprehensive examination conducted once a year to ensure that a semi-trailer meets all safety and regulatory standards set by the Department of Transportation (DOT). After each annual inspection, an updated FMVSA safety sticker should be applied to the nose of the trailer as a reference for drivers, roadside inspectors, and maintenance personnel.
