Trailer Orders were weaker than seasonal expectations and 71% below the monthly average order level for the last 12 months.
FTR reported that Class 8 preliminary net orders for June totaled 13,100 units, down 33% month-over-month (m/m) and 6% year-over-year (y/y).

FTR reports that preliminary North American Class 8 net orders fell in April for the sixth time in the last seven months.
FTR’s Trucking Conditions Index in February declined to -5.17 from January’s -1.71 reading, reflecting weaker freight rates and volume.
