PHOENIX – (Trailer Technician) – Fullbay, the turn-key platform that improves the operational efficiency of heavy-duty repair shops, will host a shop owner roundtable on Tuesday, October 8 at 11am PT/2pm ET. The roundtable episode will feature in-depth discussions on the hot topics of the heavy-duty industry including combating the technician shortage and mobile repair.

The latest episode will bring together Will Hendrickson, Owner/CEO of Black Stack Mechanical and Evan Lang, Owner/President of E.L.M. Repair & Refrigeration along with Fullbay CEO Patrick McKittrick and VP of Product, Scott Gordon. The panel will discuss their own personal experiences related to attracting and maintaining technicians during the shortage as well insights and perspectives on where mobile repair lies within the industry.

“This week, we’re very excited to welcome Will and Evan to the show and discuss some of the most trending and pressing issues within the industry,” said McKittrick. “I’m particularly interested in the discussion about how oftentimes, mobile repair doesn’t make sense or isn’t the best fit for a shop overall. This is an aspect of the industry that can be overlooked and can affect a shop’s efficiency and customer satisfaction if not fully considered.”
