In the third episode of this season’s roundtable series, CEO Patrick McKittrick and COO Chris O’Brien will be joined by Jay Goninen, hiring technician expert and Co-Founder and President of WrenchWay, an organization focused on promoting and improving technician careers in the automotive, diesel, and collision industries. Together, they’ll discuss the struggles related to hiring technicians in today’s economy and talk about the tips and tricks to target and engage the tech-savvy Gen Z workforce.
