M18 HTIW Tool Boot (49-16-2767)
A trailer shop’s concrete floor can be unforgiving when a power tool is dropped. Add in the extra height that comes from being inside a trailer, or on a scissor lift, and a dropped tool can become an expensive ordeal.
Many of the tools in our Trailer Technician Tool Set, including the Milwaukee High Torque 1/2″ Impact Wrench, are used by multiple Technicians. Unfortunately, shared tools aren’t always treated as carefully as they should be. That being said, adding the M18 HTIW Tool Boot (49-16-2767) to the 1/2″ Impact was a no-brainer.
Like the other protective boots used on our Milwaukee power tools, the HTIW Boot features a great fit that doesn’t interfere with the tool’s operation. It is definitely a nice option for those that want to add some additional protection to their Milwaukee 1/2″ Impact (2767-20 or 2863-20).
