GEFCO, Inc. Announces the Sale of Steco Trailers
Enid, OK – (Trailer Technician) – GEFCO, Inc., an Astec Industries Company, announced an agreement to sell its Steco Trailer product line to KNL Holdings, LLC (Peerless). KNL Holdings, LLC (Peerless) is located in Paragould, Arkansas, where Peerless trailers have been manufactured for over 42 years.
Commenting on the sale, Aaron Harmon, President of GEFCO, Inc. remarked, “GEFCO is excited to find a strategic buyer for the product line. KNL Holdings, LLC (Peerless) has a great reputation within the trailer industry and we believe they will do great things with the Steco product line. GEFCO decided to sell the Steco product line so that we could focus our efforts and resources on our drilling rigs and drilling products.”
